Booth Selection Priority: |
Booth Selection Priority is subjected to the sequence of Priority No.. If you lost your priority no., please contact the Event Manager immediately. (Priority number was given upon the submission of booth application based on the booth size, and application date & time. Priority no. would be re-assigned once there are changes in the booth size.) |

| Terms & Conditions： |
| 1. |
Exhibitors MUST settle the booth rental deposit prior to the Booth Selection Meeting. |
| 2. |
Your punctuality is much appreciated. Latecomers may lose their priorities in choosing the booth location due to the tight schedule. |
| 3. |
Each representative is entitled 3 minutes to select booth location. |
| 4. |
If no representative of your company is able to attend, you can authorize the Organizers (HKDFA or GDFIA) to select booth location on behalf of your company. |
| 5. |
If we do not receive your reply and no representative shows up at the meeting, the Organizers will select booth location on behalf of your company. |
| 6. |
The Organizers will try the best to fulfill respective exhibitors' booth location preferences. Final allocation will be at the Show Organizers' discretion according to various limitations and conditions. Exhibitors shall not have any objection to such final decision. |
| 7 |
Booth selection result & floor plan will be announced a week after the Booth Selection Meeting. |
| 8 |
For companies submitting booth applications after the Booth Selection Meeting (4 March), the booth selection would be held on alternate days. |
| 9. |
The booth section details may be subjected to further changes without notice. |
