Booth Selection Procedures
- Priority no. for booth selection will be given upon the receipt of booth rental contract based on the booth size, submission date and time, on first-come-first-served basis. (Priority no. will be re-assigned once there are changes in the booth size.)
- To join the Booth Selection Meeting held on 4 March 2011, exhibitors are required to settle the booth rental deposit on or before the payment deadline i.e. 11 February 2011.
- During the Booth Allocation Meeting, exhibitors can select booth location based on the sequence of booth selection priority no.
- Floor Plan with the Booth Selection Result will be announced a week after the Booth Selection Meeting
